Abstract
This thesis has three objectives, namely, to study the principles of the Trisikkha development in Buddhism, to study the practice of Vipassana meditation according to the teachings of Phra Sariputra, and to analyze the practice of introspection according to the teachings of Phra Sariputra. It is a documented research.
The results showed that, Tri-Sikkhā: canon, meditate, Wisdom are major principles of Buddhism, because it is a practice that leads to a truly liberation from suffering in samsara. Precepts are abstinence from evil, both physical and verbal. meditate is, the train the mind to be firm. mind not swayed by the power of passion. Wisdom is, the consideration of the reality of what is in front in the present moment. The practice of Vipassana meditation according to the teachings of Phra Sariputra, He emphasizes teaching to create wisdom. by bringing the objects of the environment or events around them as tools for teaching Dhammā, so that the audience can understand easily and can take into account or follow properly. Guidelines for the development of the tri-Sikkhā are, canon, meditate, wisdom, by gave had consciousness of knowingly the dhammā that is occurring in the present momentthe, eady the consider gave to know the Aniccatā Dukkhatā Anattatā of the Dharma condition as it really is, And he also taught how to develop Vipassana through Dharma conversation besides, so that those who had talked the Dharma with he considered Dharma according that talked until had the intellect sees it as it really is.
