Abstract

The study on employment outcomes based on the quality of life development of people with disabilities Standards intended to promote employment under Sections 33 and 35 and investigate the health consequences of people with disabilities who work in the community and to compare the findings with the survey project on the conditions of the disabled people's quality of life "Access to the rights of disabled people according to the quality of life standards of the Department of Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of People with Disabilities”


The findings demonstrated that 1,691 people with disabilities who were employed in the community and promoted in their occupation under Sections 33 and 35 had better health in all four domains than when they were not employed in the community and promoted in their occupation, including acquiring the rights of people with disabilities, receiving education, being able to enter society, having a career and economy, and understanding health. Additionally, when compared to the index for disabled people's rights (promotion and protection of rights), the index for disabled people's health, index for education, and index for social outing between the Department of Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of People with Disabilities and the Social Innovation Foundation found that the trend direction is in a good direction and in the same direction. However, organizations may need to continuously support or promote employment in the community and careers for people with disabilities in accordance with the four components of health, namely physical, social, occupational, and economic, as well as mental and intellectual, such as supporting physical well-being through travel, sleeping, receiving training and taking part in self-improvement activities, receiving advice and participating in self-improvement activities, receiving vocational counseling, and accessing job resources.
