THE GUIDELINES OF LIFE INSURANCE TEAMWORK DEVELOPMENT: CASE STUDY IN XXX COMPANY

Abstract
This research article aims to study 1) the general condition of team building, 2) the components of XXX life insurance team development, and 3) XXX company's life insurance team development guidelines. This study was used as qualitative research. Eight executives of life insurance agents were key informants as part of the semi-structured interviews used to collect the data. Analytical description was used to analyze the data.
The study discovered that the executives' open-mindedness and willingness to hear the team's perspectives is a key component of life insurance management's success in addressing the organization's and the team's actual challenges.
The Company's Life Insurance Team Development program includes incentives, with a unique approach for each area. A 7S strategy will be used to build the company's life insurance team in order to propel the business forward and keep agents loyal to the business. McKinsey's will contribute to the efficacy and efficiency of the complete organizational structure, which will result in an assessment of the efficiency of the management of the entire organization as well.
