THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MANAGERIAL BEHAVIORS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE 21ST CENTURY AND PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY OF TEACHERS IN HIGHLANND SCHOOL OF WIANG–HAENG DISTRICT UNDER CHIANG MAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study (1) the managerial behaviors of school administrators in the 21st century in highland schools of Wiang - Haeng district under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; (2) the professional learning community of teachers; and (3) the relationship between managerial behaviors of school administrators in the 21st century and professional learning community of teachers.
The sample consisted of 127 teachers in highland schools of Wiang - Haeng district under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, all of whom were obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was an online rating scale questionnaire dealing with data on managerial behaviors of school administrators in the 21st century and professional learning community of teachers, with reliability coefficients of 0.86 and 0.90, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall managerial behavior of school administrators in the 21st century in highland schools was at the high level; (2) the overall professional learning community of teachers was at the high level; and (3) the managerial behaviors of school administrators in the 21st century positively correlated at the highest level with the professional learning community of teachers, which was significant at the .01 level
