Using information, technology, and innovation from higher education institutions, this government economic initiative seeks to boost the potential and competitiveness of the local BCG manufacturing and services industries. assistance for economic recovery increasing and maintaining the amount of employment for local residents and newly graduated people. The expansion of the Thailand Community Big Data (TCD) database to include all regions of the nation is one byproduct. Nine contractors from Mae Chan Subdistrict, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province, which had proposed developing a new earthworm fertilizer formula called "Chan Plus Fertilizer" under the U2T for project BCG and had the Faculty of Political Science and Social Sciences, University of Payao, as a mentor, comprised the sample for the study.

The products are made from readily accessible, environmentally acceptable natural elements that can be applied to business development.
