HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT UNDER CORPORATE CULTURE CASE STUDY: IKEA

Abstract
This article merely selects IKEA Furniture, a well-known Chinese furniture producer with foreign funding. Through field research and online polls, this study investigates how IKEA builds its corporate culture.
Building a high-level corporate culture requires a specific strategy, and the nation's adoption of enterprise-oriented human resource management is worth mentioning. To better address the spiritual demands of various employees, communication building must be strengthened, corporate culture must be integrated with hiring criteria, a comprehensive training system, an employee assessment system, and various incentive mechanisms must be established. Additionally, it fosters an environment that is fair and equal for workers and improves their physical and mental well-being while at work.
The findings demonstrated that
1.Companies aim to build and preserve their own competitive advantage in the marketplace, steadfastly compete against thousands of competitors, and seek out strategies to increase the efficiency of their human resources.
2.Corporate culture is the study of how to manage an organization by fusing culture and management, as well as how to build a successful mix that can bring intangible benefits to the organization's development.
3. According to corporate culture, performing good business is a means to develop human resource management.
