Abstract

            The goals of this study were to 1) examine volunteerism in the development of Kanchana Subdistrict in Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, 2) increase Buddhist volunteerism in the development of Kanchana Subdistrict in Muang Phrae District, and 3) examine the method for increasing a network of active Buddhist volunteers in the development of Kanchana Subdistrict in Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province. This study included both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Using Taro Yamane's computation of the sample size using the random stratification method, 368 residents of the Kanchana sub-district community's creative area made up the sample. Questionnaires were used to gather data, which was then evaluated using social science research tools. Basic statistics and qualitative research are the statistics used. The information was gathered through in-depth interviews with local administrative and organizational leaders, 15 village health volunteers, monks, and volunteer groups, as well as focus groups with 13 specialists who participated in descriptive data analysis. The findings revealed that: 1) Residents in the creative area development of the Kanchana sub-district had generally similar opinions about knowledge and volunteerism. It demonstrated that the administrative authority of the Kanchana sub-district has provided individuals for taking part in the development of the sub-creative district's area. The general public's perceptions of the attitude, results, and satisfaction with the growth of the creative area in the Kanchana subdistrict were largely uniform in all respects. It showed that people in this area had a good attitude, and they were interested in implementation of Volunteer Spirit in creative area development,
2) The management of cultural resources, learning promotion, and the means of enhancing the cooperative network on Buddhist Volunteer Spirit were improved for the people involved in the participatory Buddhist Volunteer Spirit for people in the creative area development of Kanchana sub-district, and 3) The Kanchana Sub-district, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province approach of expanding participative Buddhist Volunteer Spirit Network in creative area development had six parts, including; 1) Gather information through a survey; 2) Come to an understanding collectively, 3) Set up the IT systems, 4) Synthesize and interpret the network's body of knowledge,
5) Monitor the implementation of the network group's results, and 6) Encourage and promote the public sector to provides regulations to strengthen the Buddhist Volunteer Spirit.
