ENHANCING OF BUDDHIST VOLUNTEER SPIRIT NETWORK IN CREATIVE AREA DEVELOPMENT OF NAM CHAM SUBDISTRICT MUEANG PHRAE DISTRICT, PHRAE PROVINCE

Abstract
The goals of this study were to: 1) investigate the role of Buddhist volunteerism in the creative area development of Nam Cham Sub-district Community, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province; and 2) reinforce the role of Buddhist volunteerism in the sub-district community's creative area growth. Nam Cham, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province, and 3) to support the community of Nam Cham, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province in developing its creative areas through strengthening the Buddhist volunteer network. This study used qualitative research methods. Monks in Nam Cham Subdistrict, community leaders in Nam Cham Subdistrict, right-hand villagers, and general villagers of 20 people made up the population and sample for the study. In-depth interviews and focus group discussions served as the tools.
The results were as follows.
1.The study's findings revealed that 1. Muang Phrae district's Nam Cham sub-district community has a strong sense of volunteerism. The Phrae province discovered 7 volunteer groups in the Nam Cham sub-district villages, including 1) a group of village health volunteers and 2) a group of local leaders, 3) Local leaders, 4) right livelihood villagers, 5) village security, I 6) home police, and 7) elderly people.
- Enhancing Buddhist volunteerism in the creative area development of Nam Cham Sub-district community, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province found that people were strengthening Buddhist volunteerism in terms of activities, Buddhist way of volunteerism with participation in the development of the area, in terms of the form of enhancing the Buddhist spirit of volunteerism, in the process of enhancing the Buddhist spirit of volunteerism, in promoting Buddhist volunteer learning, and in terms of strengthening the Buddhist volunteer cooperation network, community development by helping people during the epidemic of the Coronavirus 2019, as well as disaster prevention and relief in the community and career promotion for the community.
- Enhancing the Buddhist volunteer spirit network in the creative area development of Nam Cham sub-district community, Muang Phrae district, Phrae province, it was found that there were 7 Buddhist volunteer spirit groups in the creation of the Buddhist volunteer spirit network. Buddhism's principles are applied: 1) Using the Sangahavatthu 4 principle, expanding the network of volunteerism knowledge, 2) enhancing the network for volunteer work using Brahma Viharn 4, 3) enhancing the network for volunteer learning using the Noble Truths 4, and 4) enhancing the network while planning volunteer work by utilizing the Aparihani Dhamma 7 principles. In order to coordinate planning for the development of creative areas, the Buddhist Volunteer Network has established an informal community. This community meets on occasion with local leaders, executives, organizations, people, and partners from all sectors. Meetings also include discussing and following up on the outcomes of the implementation of Buddhist Volunteer Network activities to achieve the objectives.
