HE DEVELOPMENT OF A HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR RETIREES IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY AND SERVICE BUSINES

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to (1) examine the elements of retiree human resource management, (2) develop a model for retiree human resource management, and (3) prepare a manual on retiree human resource management. Both qualitative and quantitative research are used in this study. Purposive sampling is used to choose the sample population, which includes 14 luminaries for a focus group seminar to assess The Development of a Human Resource Management Model for Retirees in the Manufacturing Industry and Service Business, 22 experts for in-depth interviews, 427 respondents for research questionnaire responses, and 5 experts for the validation of the research tool. Questionnaires and in-depth interviews were the research tools. In-depth interview data were subjected to content analysis, while survey data were subjected to percentage, mean, and exploratory factor analysis.
The findings indicated that:
1.Modelsof human resource management for retirees in the manufacturing and service industries, including
1.1) Dimension 1: Retirees consist of three parts: personal characteristics, interpersonal skills, and ethical standards.
1.2) The second dimension of organization is made up of six parts: systematization, organizational knowledge management, contract/compensation management, consideration of retirees, job placement, and prospective growth.
2.There are two components to the guidelines for managing human resources for retirees in the manufacturing and service sectors: The manual's introduction is in Part 1, and its development of best practices for human resource management for retirees employed in the manufacturing and service sectors is in Part 2. Experts have unanimously agreed to endorse the service. The recommendation has been deemed reasonable by experts, and it can be used to create human resource management for retirees in industrial and service industries.
