Abstract

This study's goal was to determine how satisfied the target group was with the artificial flowers manufactured by the Ban Tok Hua Dong village in the Mae Tha District of Lampang Province. The artificial flowers were made of mulberry paper. With the use of descriptive statistics, percentages, means, standard deviations, multiple correlation analyses, and multiple regression analyses, 105 persons from a sample of 100 retail customers and 5 wholesale customers participated in this survey research study.

According to the study's findings, the majority of respondents were women, aged 41 to 50, married, with a high school diploma or other equivalent and a personal business generating between 10,001 and 20,000 baht per month. When it comes to the decision to purchase artificial flowers for a ceremony, there are several factors to consider, including the product itself, the price, which is a good reason to do so rather than real flowers, the distribution channels, which make it simple to locate and travel to, and the need for a good marketing campaign. In terms of satisfaction, it was discovered that the general level was moderate with an average of 2.92, the product side was moderate with an average of 2.58, the price was at a high level with an average of 3.95, the distribution channel was at a low level with an average of 2.49, and marketing promotion was in Moderate with a mean of 2.67. With statistical significance at the.05 level, comparison of purchasing choice behaviors that influence consumer satisfaction demonstrates that behaviors on purchase reasons, product reasons, and pricing reasons differ in effecting consumer satisfaction of flower products diverse inventions.
