In this qualitative study, the researcher employed structured interviews and questionnaires as research instruments, assigning key informants to 27 students from Chiang Rai Buddhist College.

The investigation on the Dharma propagation principles followed by students at Chiang Rai Sangha College was the outcome of Objective 1's research. In order to spread the Dharma to foreigners, it was discovered that there are five key components: 1) people, 2) Buddhist doctrines, 3) language and communication, 4) planning activities, and 5) approaches consistent with the Lord Buddha's method of teaching Buddhism, which includes 1) Sandassana, 2) Samapada, 3) Samuttechana, and 4) Sampahangsana.
