Development of Internal Supervision Model of Basic Educational Institution in The Upper Northeast

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to develop internal supervision model of basic educational institutions in upper northeastern region. The sample group in the research consisted of 21 experts. The tools used for collecting the data was open-ended questionnaires with a five-rating scale with using Delphi technique. The statistics used for analyzing the data were median and interquartile range (Interquartile range). The research results showed that The development of internal supervision model for basic education institutions in the upper northeastern region found that it composed of 5 main components with 14 sub - components and 84 indicators as follows : 1) personnel related to internal supervision, there were 4 sub-components: school director , teacher, educational supervisor and academic teachers; and 31 indicators. 2) Internal supervision methods in schools found that there were 3sub - components with 21 indicators: investigating the current conditions, problems and needs the school real situation of supervision, plan to supervision and Determining the methods or activities of supervision , 3) Tools used foe supervision composed of 3 sub - components with 9 indicators : questionnaire, observation and a record form, 4) The internal supervision atmosphere supporting to supervision consisted of 2 sub components with 12 indicators : a good physical environment and completely equipment, materials, media and other tools. 5) School curriculum consisted of 2 sub-components with 11 indicators : studying the problems and needs of curriculum development supervision, and participation to guidelines and methods of curriculum development. The statistics used for analyzing the data from 5 components above were median and interquartile ranges. (Interquartile range) is within the specified criteria.
