แนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนเขาสามยอด จังหวัดลพบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครู และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนเขาสามยอด จังหวัดลพบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 9 คน และครู จำนวน 160 คน กลุ่มโรงเรียนเขาสามยอด จังหวัดลพบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูระดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูระดับมากที่สุด คือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ หลักสูตรแกนกลางขั้นพื้นฐาน และแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครู พบว่า สถานศึกษาควรจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการ คือ กิจกรรมการอบรมพัฒนาครู กิจกรรม PLC กิจกรรมงานวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน กิจกรรมนิเทศการศึกษา กิจกรรมผลิตและประกวดสื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา
