The Guideline for Developing of Participation on Academic Management of Teachers at Khao Sam Yod School Group, Lopburi Province

The purposes of this research are to study the participating status and the problem for the Academic Management of teachers, and the Developmental Approach in participating in Academic Management of teachers at Khao Sam Yod School, Lopburi. The respondents are 9 administrators and 160 teachers at Khao Sam Yod School, Lopburi. Data collection tools were questionnaires and structured interviews. Statistic used for analysing data are frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation (S.D.) and content analysis.
The research findings were as follows : The highest level of participation in the academic administration of teachers was The development of the learning process.
Problem of participation in Academic Management – The problems is the analysis of the basic education core curriculum.
The Developmental Approach in participating and taking part in Academic Management are the following; Educational institutions should organize activities as guidelines for development and participation in academic administration .
The solution of the problem are Teacher Training, Professional Learning Community (PLC), Research activities to improve the quality of teaching. and learning, Educational Supervision, Production and Technology Contest for Educational Technology.
