บทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารงานวิชาการในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเขาสามยอด จังหวัดลพบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารงานวิชาการในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเขาสามยอด จังหวัดลพบุรี 2) ศึกษาบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารงานวิชาการ และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารงานวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 19 คน และครูผู้สอน 148 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ผู้วิจัยได้สัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอีก 9 คนที่ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.936 และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากผลการสัมภาษณ์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารงานวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารงานวิชาการอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารงานวิชาการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อบริหารงานวิชาการในกลุ่มโรงเรียนดังกล่าวควรประกอบด้วย การสำรวจเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์เป็นระยะ การใช้งานร่วมกันผ่านเครือข่ายภายในเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และการฝึกอบรมบุคลากร
