การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุด้วยการมีส่วนรวมของชุมชน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์กลยุทธ์กฎบัตรออตตาวาด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนสำหรับสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่ง 3 กลุ่มได้แก่ (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 159 คนได้มาโดยโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน จำนวน 25 คน ได้มาโดยสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับพัฒนากิจกรรมการประยุกต์กลยุทธ์กฎบัตรออตตาวา จำนวน 56 คนได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย (1) แบบสอบถามลีลาชีวิตการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ฉบับภาษาไทย (2) แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา Paired Sample t-test และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก คะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพภายหลังภายหลังที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลลัพธ์จากกิจกรรมการประยุกต์กลยุทธ์กฎบัตรออตตาวา ได้รูปแบบ ประกอบด้วย (1) การกำหนดข้อตกลง (2) การสร้างสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ (3) การเสริมสร้างกิจกรรมชุมชน (4) การพัฒนาทักษะผู้สูงอายุ และ (5) ปรับเปลี่ยนการบริการสุขภาพ
