Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study of the general information and the current condition of the knowledge management of the elderly group 2) to Development of Knowledge Management Model of Aging Groups for Promoting into the Intellectual Capital in Lifelong Education Management 3) to evaluate and improve the model. The research methodology was research and development.
To recognize the study of General information, including the present state knowledge and the referral of intellectual capital to assist in lifelong education management. The age of the intellectual capital in lifelong education management. To develop and strengthen a model of knowledge that can assist elderly groups. The results of information were shown in different examples, 1 sample of result was in recognized in Chiang Mai, where knowledge transfer and storage of information is obvious
How-ever the conclusions showed the process to discover knowledge, does occur naturally assisted by factors that encourage the transfer of knowledge. There are 3 key components to help assist elderly people continue lifelong learning through different factors: Step 1, search intellectual capital S (Search for Intellectual Knowledge) assembly processes. The group focused on the elderly in the community. (Socialization), discussion and in-depth interviews (Externalization) uses in-depth interviews (in depth interview to gather key factors and information from the experience to analysis benefits Capital). Step 2, the management of lifelong education L (Learning Life Long Education). Step 3, reflective learning R (Reflection) Reflection on learning to encourage students’ basic skills in life. 1) life skills. 2) Skills in career development. 3) Skills for social development in the community. This reflection of learning can occur throughout all stages of the model. To improve the development to meet the needs and learn to use the objectives of the students.
