Abstract

Brain-based learning for young children is an application of the body of knowledge concerning the brain to be the base for learning management design in order to develop the highest potential of young children.  In so doing, the teacher and concerned people must have knowledge and understanding of the structure and learning function of each part of the brain, the potential enhancement of the brain, and the application of the body of knowledge concerning the brain to enhance learning of young children with consideration of windows of opportunity that each part of the brain is ready to learn at different time intervals, together with the determination of principles and approaches for learning management in accordance with how the brain works that will enable the teacher to design the variety of learning activities management in order to develop young children as a whole in line with the social context and responsive to individual difference of the children.
