Food Literacy: Concept of Integrated Learning in Home Economics for Sustainable Development

Nowadays, there are variety complex and associated crisis, food is important intermediate which is related to many issues. It was found that the problem solving for specific issue was not enough for the changes. The integration approach could be an effective way for solving problems. The change of food for solving health, environment, ecology and society is a serious incident for many countries. The concept of food literary was be interested by many groups of scholars and home economists including home economics that is integrated learning for improve quality of life. Up to this point, the author realized the importance of the integrated learning of home economics for sustainable development through the concept of food literacy for leading to changes in food to solve such problems.
