Abstract

Abstract

          This research was conducted in the form of Research and Development with the following objectives: 1) To develop the teaching and learning of teachers through the process of professional learning community 2) To promote the learning behavior of learners through the process of professional learning community.  3) To develop learning and innovation management of teachers and learners through the process of professional learning communities. The research participants were 99 Mathayomsuksa teachers who work at Takuapasenanukoon School located in Phang-nga. The research tools were as follows; 1) Semi-structured interview forms for the results of the learning community model on active lesson plan 2) Observation form for classroom practice. Research data was analyzed using content analysis. The data analysis process is carried out along with the data collection which found that 1) the results of the development of instructional management of teachers through the process of professional learning community. The result of the research shows that the teachers have a concrete development in teaching and learning. Since teachers have reflected through the PLC processes to reflect the results of the practice from the design of lessons together; 2) The results of promoting learning behaviors of learners through the process of professional learning community, found that the learners have changed the learning behavior in a positive way. Through active learning, which students must be motivated both intellectually and physically; 3) The results of the development of learning innovation of teachers and learners through the process of professional learning communities presents in their active lesson plans which are actually work in real classrooms and also create their learning materials that encourage students’ thinking. In addition, the teachers develop their knowledge of pedagogy which can apply technology into their integrated active lesson.
