The Development of E-Training Systems on Rules and Welfare for employee of Sunny World Chemicals Company Limited.

This research objectives were: 1) to develop the E-Training system on Rules and Welfare for employee of Sunny World Chemicals Co., Ltd., 2) examine the results from the E-Training system on Rules and Welfare for employee of Sunny World Chemicals Co., Ltd., and 3) study the satisfaction of the employee of Sunny World Chemicals Co., Ltd. with the E-Training system on regulations and welfare. The sample was selected by Stratified Random Sampling, technique consisted of 30 the employee of Sunny World Chemicals Co., Ltd. The instruments were composed of 1) the E-Training system on Rules and Welfare, 2) pretest and posttest before and after the E-Training system on Rules and Welfare, and 3) satisfaction questions of evaluation. The data were analyzed by percentage, arithmetic mean standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test.
The research results revealed that: 1) the quality assessment of E-Training System on rules and welfare for employee of Sunny World Chemicals Co., ltd., at showed that higher level (= 4.81, S.D.=0.30) that higher than the criteria, 2) the training participants had posttest score at .05 higher than pretest scores and 3) that the training participants’ satisfaction questions on the E-Training on rules and welfare were at good level (=4.27, S.D.=0.64)
