Abstract

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study mathematics learning achievement of Mathayomsuksa three students on Linear Inequality with One Variable by using active learning and to study studentsopinion toward learning management on Linear Inequality with One Variable by using active learning.

The sample was 39 Mathayomsuksa three students of one classroom at Mattayomthanbinkamphaengsaen School in the second semester of the academic year 2019 that was selected by cluster random sampling from 12 classrooms. Each classroom provides students with a variety of academic abilities. The research instruments were 9 mathematics lesson plans on Linear Inequality with One Variable, 20 items with four multiple choices of mathematics achievement test on Linear Inequality with One Variable, and studentsopinion questionnaire toward learning management on Linear Inequality with One Variable by using active learning. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test were used for analyzing data and presented by tables and descriptions.

The research findings revealed that mathematics learning achievement of students on Linear Inequality with One Variable by using active learning after learning was higher than 60% at the .05 level of significance and almost all students agreed on a high level with active learning on Linear Inequality with One Variable.
