Quality Management for Performance Excellence of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools Division of General Education under the Office of National Buddhism

The research title was "Quality Management for Performance Excellence of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools Division of General Education under the Office of National Buddhism" aimed to: 1) study of state of quality management for excellence of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools at the criteria of educational quality for excellent performance, 2) study the problems of quality management for
excellence of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools at the criterias of educational quality for excellent performance, and 3) present the guidelines of upraising the quality management for excellence at
the criterias of educational quality for excellent performances. This research was descriptive research using 83 Phrapariyatidhamma Schools Division of General Education as analyzing units. The research instruments were questionnaire and structural interview. Statistical methods used in research were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Content Analysis. The results of this study were as follows 1) the schools emphasized following on the criteria of educational quality for excellent performance, in the overall views the performance state was at the highest level. 2) The problems of the performance in the overall view were at the low level, and 3) the guidelines of upraising the quality management for excellence were composed of raising the intensive level of strategy planning process, the plan process for practical application emphasizing on the students and stakeholders, and reporting the dimension outcome of the schools performance to the public.
