Abstract

This academic article presents the characteristics of school administrators in modern organization under the unlimited changes that school administrators needed to concern about 1) Global thinking management 2) Appreciating Cultural Diversity 3) Demonstrating and Managing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) 4) Building Partnerships 5) Sharing Leadership, and 6) Moral and Ethics in Occupation and Organization
Management. Moreover, this paper explains the meaning of Good Governance and present the concept of
building the Good Governance of Government, Private, Social Sector and basic principles of Good Governance building, including 1) Rule of Law 2) Transparency 3) Participation 4) Accountability 5) Cost Effectiveness or Economy, and 6) Integrity. In addition, this article introduces the application of Good Governance in school organization management in several aspects, such as accountability, transparency, anti-corruption, participation in school management between partners and stakeholders, high disciplines and strictly without double standards, prompt responses with relevant parties, mutual consent to relation parties. Importantly, school organization
administrators and all staffs needs to approve in social benefits and focus on organization benefits. And, Good Governance in school stress to equality and relevant with each other.
