Abstract

The objective of this study was to follow up study the training courses in educational administration training for secondary schools administrators in Vientiane Lao PDR. Including the practical application of leadership, administrators’ knowledge application, and the impact on the school’s management. The participants in this study were 35 trained administrators, 272 teachers in secondary schools and 15 community leaders or student’s parents the secondary schools. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews form schedule. The accumulated quantitative data were analyzed by Frequency, and Percentage. The qualitative data were analyzed by a content analysis. The results revealed that the participants and teachers evaluated components at the leadership executives across all criterias. These opinions were not qualified in the following aspects: The planning of teacher’s supervision’s and staff work as planned. The impact of school administrators from community leaders or student’s parents have 4 aspects: 1) The school as a community took part in
school activities. 2) Schools participated in community events. 3) The school monitors student behavior. 4) The school asked students/alumni to help in school activities.
