The Management Model of High Competency Teachers in the 21st Century for Private Catholics schools in the Eastern Region

The purpose of this research was to study the attribute, develop and investigate the acceptance level of the high competency teachers management model in the 21st century for private catholic schools in the Eastern. This research was a quantitative and qualitative approach which was divided into 3 Phases. Questionnaires were used to survey in phase 1 and 3. Samples were high competency teachers which consisted of 385 (phase 1) are 317 (phase 3). In addition, the researcher used interview method for 12 human resource management professionals (phase 2) consisting of: executive teachers, human resource management in private sectors and catholic school administrators. Statistics used in this research were: Percentage, Mean (xത), Standard Deviation (S.D.), Frequency (F). The research results shown as the following: Phase 1) Attribute of high competency teachers managements model in the 21st century rated at a high level with the highest average score of the three aspects as the following: potential evaluation, training and development and evaluation of the performance. Phase 2)Development of high competency teachers management model for private catholic schools by semi-structure interview. The highest average score of the three aspects were as the following: compensation administration both monetary and non-monetary, employee retention and training and development. Phase 3) Investigation the acceptance level of high competency teachers management model for private catholic schools. The highest average score of the three aspects were: compensation management, employee retention and talent scann.
