Abstract

This research was aimed to 1) study students’ satisfactions towards the quality of curriculum in Bachelor’s Degree of Education in Thai Program (revised 2013), Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University, 2) study attitudes towards teaching profession of pre-service teachers, and 3) study careers which students wanted to do in the future. Populations were 30 fifth year students who study under this curriculum. Research tools were consisted of students’ satisfactions towards the quality of curriculum questionnaire and attitudes towards teaching profession scale. Frequency, Mean, and Standard Deviation were used to analyze quantitative data. Content analysis and descriptive explanation were used to analyze qualitative data. The research findings showed that 1) students were satisfied with the quality of curriculum in high level, 2) they had a nearly good level of attitudes towards teaching profession, and 3) most of them wanted to be teachers in government schools.
