Abstract

This article presents the educational administration trends in Thailand should adopt in
order to enhance the Learners’ Skills for the 21st Century. This study indicates that Thailand education could be determined the Learners’ Skills for the 21st Century, the people concerned should possess the relevant and proximate knowledge and understandings on the factors that affect the education provision. Such a framework would certainly help formulate proper Education Policies that promote Learners’ skills relevant to the Changes that will come in the 21st Century. This article also illustrates the Educational Policies of some developed countries in supporting for the author’s view. The author believes that this presentation will offer another aspect beneficial for those involved in Education Administration and enable them to create a proper educational
approach that suits the needs of the learners and qualify them to be capable citizen that help develop their country sustainably.
