This research aimed to 1) compare the post-learning achievement of Mathayomsuksa 5 students under 7E inquiry-based learning management combined with the practice kit in chemistry class under the title “Solutions,” with the 75% criteria; and 2) compare analytical thinking ability in Mathayomsuksa 5 students under the 7E inquiry-based learning management combined with a practice kit in their chemist class under the title “Solutions” between pre-learning and post-learning sessions. The samples included 33 Mathayomsuksa 5 students, data collection was conducted during Semester 1 of 2020 and obtained by cluster sampling. The instruments included 1) the 7E inquiry-based learning management plan, 2) a 40-question chemistry achievement test with the difficulty between 0.22-0.78, the discrimination between 0.22-0.89, and the validity of the whole test = 0.842, and 3) the 20-question analytical thinking ability test with the discrimination between 0.22-0.78 and the validity of the whole test =0.783. The findings were concluded as follows. 1) The post-learning achievement of the Mathayomsuksa 5 students under the 7E inquiry-based learning management combined with the practice kit in chemistry class under the title “Solutions” was significantly higher than the 75% criteria (p < .05). 2) The analytical thinking ability of the students in the post-learning session was significantly higher than the pre-learning session (p < .05).
