Abstract

The objective of this study was to 1) Explore the transformational leadership of Warinchamrab school middle Administrators affiliated with Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29, 2) Compare the transformational leadership Warinchamrab school middle Administrators as classified by sex, and work experiences. The research population was 50 teachers, using Questionnaires as tool for this research with a reliability of 0.91 - 0.93. The researcher applied Percentage, Frequencies, Average, Standard Deviation, T-Test and F- Test for Data analysis.

The findings indicated that:

  1. The overall, the transformational leadership of Warinchamrap school middle Administrators was at high level with the value of 4.54. However, when considered by Components, the study showed that Charisma Leadership obtained the highest score with the value of 4.65, next to it was Inspirational Motivation with the value of 4.54, while Individualized Consideration and Intellectual Stimulation came third and fourth with the values of 4.49 and 4.49 respectively.
  2. When compared with sex and work experiences there was no statistically significance.
