A Book Review: Brave New Words
How AI Will Revolutionize Education (and Why That's a Good Thing
Abstract
While researchers are debating the advantages and disadvantages of Artificial Intelligence, this book by Salmon Khan, the founder and executive of Khan Academy, reflects the importance of “Educated Bravery,” or the courage of educational systems and students to use AI intelligently. It highlights the difference between the perception of society to AI and human intelligence in living with AI, and, most importantly, shows how AI can shift or revolutionize education and learning.
