Quantitative data were analyzed using frequency counts, mean score, standard deviations, and percentages while content analysis was used to analyze the qualitative data. The results showed that 1) the curriculum objectives were at a high level (equation= 4.48), 2) the overall learning management was at a high level (equation= 3.71), 3) In terms of student academic achievement, it was higher than the standard of 70 percent in all 3 components i.e. 3.1) Academic achievement was found to have a high academic achievement level 3 out of 4 or higher with an average of 83.64 percent, 3.2) Reading, thinking, analysis and writing were found to have an evaluation level of good or higher with an average of 99.01 percent and 3.3) Desired characteristics were found to have an evaluation level of good or higher with an average of 99.01 percent. 4) The qualitative data suggested that the curriculum was appropriate for the school context, focusing on developing skills and creativity through integrating local wisdom such as Northeastern traditional dance and Isan music. However, there were limitations in terms of budget, equipment and learning time. In conclusion, the Arts Learning Area seemed appropriate and highly effective, achieving learning goals with quality.
