This study examined the effectiveness of the Siam Gen Z Leader Camp in enhancing leadership awareness, thinking skills, and 21st-century skills among upper secondary school students. A one-group pretest–posttest pre-experimental design was employed. The participants were 30 upper secondary school students who voluntarily joined and completed all camp activities. The intervention consisted of four components: leadership development, basic life support (BLS) training, emergency simulation activities, and group-based reflective learning. The research instruments included questionnaires assessing leadership awareness, thinking skills, and 21st-century skills. The instruments were examined for content validity and yielded reliability coefficients of .933, .901, and .904, respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired-samples t-tests. The results indicated that posttest scores for all variables were significantly higher than pretest scores at the .05 significance level. These findings suggest that experiential, activity-based learning programs may contribute to enhancing students’ perceptions of leadership, thinking skills, and 21st-century skills. Employing control groups and larger samples to enhance the generalizability of the findings is recommended for future studies.
