Abstract

The objective of this study was to construct of cognitive test for participants in basic hospital accreditation curriculum on quality improvement in the Hospital (HA 201) of the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization). The population were participants in basic hospital accreditation curriculum on quality improvement in the Hospital (HA 201) of Healthcare Accreditation Institute totally 40 participants. The researcher created multiple choices learning test 40 questions.

 According to collecting data, the researcher tried out research instrument for 40 participants for analysis the difficult index (p-value test) and discrimination index (r-value test). The population were participants in basic hospital accreditation curriculum on quality improvement in the Hospital (HA 201) of Healthcare Accreditation Institute totally 40 participants.

The results revealed that the construct of cognitive test were comprised of 14 questions that had 4 multiple choices in each topic got the p-value test between 0.57-0.73  and r-value test between 0.40-0.80.

The research recommendations were suggested that construct of cognitive test should be conducted by practical skills for more effective and should have Basic Hospital Accreditation Curriculum on Quality Improvement in the Hospital (HA 201) Guide book and Construction of Cognitive Test Manual for improving standard on the training program.
