Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study teamwork skills by using lesson plans in business subject based on the Learning Happily Theory and to compare teamwork skills before and after using lesson plans in business subject based on the Learning Happily Theory. By the sample group was 21 secondary education students in Grade Eleven who registered in business subject for the first semester of 2016 at Srinakharinwirot university prasarnmit demonstration school (secondary) by using purposive sampling from subject opening and teaching. Research tools were lesson plans in business subject based on the Learning Happily Theory, questionnaire of teamwork skills, observation checklist of teamwork skills, questionnaires related to learning happily behaviors and questionnaires towards student opinions of learning management by using the Learning Happily Theory. The data was analyzed by using statistical methods, which were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and contents analysis. 

In conclusion, lesson plans in business subject based on the learning happily theory can promote better teamwork skills and help learners learn more happily.
