Abstract

The study objective was to develop the online computer course in computer subject for Grade IV primary school students to the efficiency criterion 80/80. The research population were Grade IV  primary school students of Anuban Suphanburi School and the research sample were 45 students of Grade IV/V primary school of Anuban Suphanburi School in 1st semester academic year 2016 by using two-stage random sampling. The instruments were comprised of the  online computer course lesson plans, the online course manual, the computer  learning achievement by using online course test, and the survey of students satisfactions on the online computer course.

The results found that the online computer course contained with 5 elements which were lesson content, learning management system, communication, measurement and evaluation, and dynamic interactive. The efficiencies of the online computer course were 83.81/84.22 according to the criterion efficiencies which were set 80/80.
