The purposes of this research were : to develop and efficiency of a learning package activities in line of inquiry learning cycle entitle “cell and life processes of plants” Mattayom Suksa 1, to study effectiveness of a learning package activities in line of inquiry learning cycle entitle “cell and life processes of plants” Mattayom Suksa 1, to compare the students learning achievement before and after learning by using a learning package activities in line of inquiry learning cycle entitle “cell and life processes of plants” Mattayom Suksa 1 and to study the satisfaction of the students toward a learning package activities in line of inquiry learning cycle entitle “cell and life processes of plants” Mattayom Suksa 1. The results of the study as summarized as follows : a learning package activities in line of inquiry learning cycle entitle “cell and life processes of plants” Mattayom Suksa 1 has a Efficiency 83.71/ 83.25, has effectiveness 0.6062, comparing learning Achievement found that students using a learning package activities in line of inquiry learning cycle entitle “cell and life processes of plants” Mattayom Suksa 1 post –test higher than pre – test different significance at the 0.5 level and the satisfaction of students’ a learning package activities in line of inquiry learning cycle entitle “cell and life processes of plants” Mattayom Suksa 1 is very high level.
