Instruction to Strengthen Analytical Thinking Skills for Students in Learning Area of Occupations and Technology at Suankularb Wittayalai Rangsit School

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the status of instruction to strengthen analytical thinking skills for students in Learning Area of Occupations and Technology at Suankularb Wittayalai Rangsit School focused on the level of teachers’ instruction the four aspects including  1)  teachers  2) learning media resources 3) learning activities and 4) measurement and evaluation.  The population of this study was 22 teachers of Learning  Area of Occupations and Technology at Suankularb Wittayalai Rangsit School.  Questionnaire was used as a research tool to collect data as well as content validity to check the quality of the research tool and correct the mistakes of the research tool.  Data were analyzed by the computer software.  Statistics used in this study were Frequency and Percentage.  The results of this research found that the level of instruction of teachers to Strengthen Analytical Thinking Skills for Students in Learning Area of Occupations and Technology at Suankularb Wittayalai Rangsit School in four  aspects including  1) teachers  2) media/learning resources  3) learning activities and 4) measurement and evaluation, generally were rated at high and highest level.  Suggestion for the next research: there should be a study about achievement in analytical thinking skills for students in Learning Area of Occupations and Technology at Suankubarb Wittayalai Rangsit School.
