The purpose of this research was to study the effects of practicum working experiences to strengthen students’ self-determination behavioursand guide to working practices for students’ promoting self- determination behaviours. Research population were Twenty Three of Year 3 Students in Business and Computer Education, Vocational Education Department under Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University who registered to study in Practicum Subject (01179499) in Summer Semester in Academic Year 2015. Research instrument was Practicum Manual that was included data about 1) Students’ Backgrounds and 2) Learning Records of Practicum Working Experiences. Data were analysed by using data analysis thatwere comprised of data analysing, ordering and grouping, and data linking of students about practicum.The research results were shown that students learned to understand benefits and limitations and to aware in the essentials of students’ self-determination in four aspects, including 1) Attention and Working Responsibility, 2) Diligence and Torelence, 3) Insistence, and 4) Self-Development. In Suggestion, students should apply 4 Iddhipada
(Buddha’s Teaching for Buddhist religion), Including 1) Passion and Self Understanding, 2) Insistence, 3) Attention, and 4) Self-Development in the path of working accomplishment.
