Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop and measure the self-directed web-based training by using coaching technique with the subject Repair Management System for National Housing Authority in which it measured by using the efficiency 80/80 criteria. 2) determine the effectiveness of index skills of representative sample through the selfdirected directed web-based training using coaching
technique, and 3) explore attitudes of representative sample toward the self-directed web-based training
by using coaching technique. There were 33 participants for this study and they were National Housing Authority's employeesin management and repair system department. The research instrument were self-directed web-based training by using coaching technique, evaluation form of web-based instruction quality, pretest and posttest in learning achievement, and also openended questionnaire for representative sample.
Descriptive analysis, standard deviation, and Independent t-test were used to analyze the data
of this study.

The research results were shown 1) the efficiency of self-directed web-based training by using coaching technique was shown at 90.45/88.93, 2) The effectiveness of index skills of representative sample was shown at 0.84, and 3) Options of representative sample were positive and they realized the advantages of self-directed web-based training by using coaching technique
