The purpose of this quasi-experimental research aimed to study effectiveness of Health education program for health literacy development by questioning method for sexual relations prevention behaviors among junior high school students, Nonthaburi Province. The samples of this study were junior high school students at Traimudomsuksapatanakarn Nonthaburi selected by simple random sampling method. There were 32
samples participated in health education program to promote health literacy for sexual relations prevention behaviors. Questioning method and various activities such as lecture, discussion, brainstorming and game were used in the program for 6 weeks. Questionnaire developed by the researcher was used as an instrument in this study. Data were collected at before and after implementing the program. Mean, standard
deviation and one simple t-test were used to analyze the data The study results showed that, the effectiveness of program was the samples had higher scores on health literacy sexual relations prevention behaviors literacy contains with access, cognitive, communication skill, decision skill, selfmanagement
and media literacy and sexual relations prevention behaviors than before participating in the program at a .05 significant level.
