The Development of Knowledge and Attitude towards Operating Guidance of Extra Large School Teachers in Nakhonpathom by Using the Guidance Program

The purposes of this research were 1) to compare the knowledge and attitude towards operating guidance of teachers, before and after participating in the guidance program. 2) to compare the knowledge and attitude towards operating guidance in school of teachers that participated in guidance program with the
evaluation. The sample of research were 75 teachers who worked for Phratamnak Suankularb Mahamongkol School. The sample were derived by multi-stage sampling technique. The research instruments were composed of 1) guidance program 2) the knowledge test towards operating guidance in school 3) the attitude test towards operating guidance in school and 4) the opinion questionnaire towards participating guidance program. Data were analyzed by using Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Dependent Samples ttest and One Sample t – test. The results were found that:
1) The posttest scores from the teachers’ knowledge and attitude test towards operating guidance in school were averagely higher than the pretest at .05 level of significance.
2) The teachers’ knowledge and attitude towards operating guidance in school were averagely higher than the average threshold 80 percent at .05 level of significance.
