Abstract

The undergraduate stage of the major of Chinese international education is the basic period for the cultivation of talents in international Chinese education, as well as the Key Stage for laying a solid foundation and cultivating students' language ability. In response to the global trend of "Chinese fever" and the training needs of high-quality practical talents for international Chinese teachers, this paper takes the undergraduate talent training mechanism of Linyi University's Chinese language and international education major as an example to study the talent training objectives, education and teaching resources, student employment development and other aspects of the training mechanism. Based on the training content of "Chinese+", it proposes to build a multi-dimensional practice platform, strengthen the construction of teaching staff Optimize measures such as academic and employment guidance to provide reference and inspiration for the optimization of talent cultivation mechanisms for undergraduate Chinese international education majors in local universities.
