บทคัดย่อ

There are some differences before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 in the research on the international Chinese teachers’ quality, so in the new era background, the spread in language and culture of mutual learning pattern face profound changes in the whole world. The international education development environment has a major shift, and the international Chinese education situation is more complex. Firstly, teachers engaged in international Chinese education should keep pace with the times, show the quality of multi-talents and multi-abilities, be familiar with online and offline classes, switch teaching methods flexibly. Secondly, in order to be able to bear the ability of a variety of roles, with new ideas, new methods and ideas on development and changes of the development of all countries, to better serve the teaching, and more particularly to serve the local economy and society, realizing the human destiny community formed as the goal of modern international Chinese education system, and make it as the characteristics of the specification, open and inclusive. Thirdly, pay attention to changing the international image of Chinese being difficult to learn through our own teaching and efforts. Fourthly, we should have the idea of becoming an expert in strengthening the discipline construction of international Chinese education. Fifthly, the demand of special character accomplishment.
