RESEARCH ON THE UNDERGRADUATE TALENT TRAINING STRATEGY OF CHINESE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION IN SHANDONG UNIVERSITIES IN THR NEW ERA

Since 2013, various experts and scholars have proposed various solutions to the problem of talent cultivation in the field of Chinese international education. However, due to the disconnect between academic research and practical application, and the relatively poor compatibility between professional construction concepts and the development of the times, most of the problems raised by scholars, such as teacher problems, curriculum system construction problems, teaching methods problems, and practical system problems, remain prominent problems in the current talent cultivation of Chinese international education. In this context, using literature reading and comparative methods, taking the Chinese International Education major in Shandong universities as an example, its core goal should be to combine talent cultivation strategies with diverse development directions, professional courses with cutting-edge disciplines, and digitalization with practicality.
