ALIGNING WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS: THE IMPACT OF THAILAND’S CHINESE CURRICULUM REFORM ON CHINESE LANGUAGE EDUCATION

本文探讨了泰国近年来推动中文教育制度化的举措，重点分析泰国教育部基础教育委员会于2024年发布的《特色中文课程开设手册》。通过质性文件分析与政策评估的方法，研究考察该手册如何推动全国中文课程标准的建立、对接国际中文教育框架（包括HSK、HSKK与CTCSOL），并引入旨在提升办学质量的治理与监管机制。研究发现，该手册标志着泰国中文教育朝向结构化、标准化双语教育的重要进展，但其长期成效仍取决于若干系统性问题的解决，包括教师资格与专业能力差距、地区教育资源分配不均，以及学校层面的实施能力差异。本文为泰国及更广泛东盟地区的汉语教育改革实践提供了及时的政策参考与学术启示。
