บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ 2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ระบบฐานข้อมูลคิวอาร์โค้ด แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ จากนั้นนำแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้งานที่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย คือ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้างาน และผู้ใช้งาน จำนวน 33 คน ใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นต่อการประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ โดยภาพรวมว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.84, S.D.=0.29) ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียมีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ในประเด็น ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล การนำข้อมูลไปใช้สืบค้นระบุตัวตนครุภัณฑ์ที่ทำได้ด้วยตนเองทำให้การทำงานสะดวกขึ้น ลดระยะเวลา ลดขั้นตอนในการเก็บข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ ลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการปฏิบัติงานล่วงเวลา ลดจำนวนบุคลากรปฏิบัติงาน ลดการใช้ทรัพยากร ช่วยให้ค้นหาข้อมูลง่ายและสะดวก และผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจในการประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ของคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ในระดับมากที่สุด (
