บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบโครงสร้างหลักสูตรคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบตรวจสอบโครงสร้างหลักสูตรคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช และ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบตรวจสอบโครงสร้างหลักสูตรคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย นักศึกษา อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ประธานหลักสูตร และเจ้าหน้าที่ เก็บข้อมูลโดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 228 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านการพัฒนาระบบ จำนวน 3 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบตรวจสอบโครงสร้างหลักสูตรคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช พัฒนาด้วยวิธีการพัฒนาระบบแบบรวดเร็ว Rapid Application Development (RAD) ระบบอยู่ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน และรองรับการแสดงผลบนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ รวบรวมข้อมูลจากหลายแหล่งข้อมูลเพื่อปรับข้อมูลให้อยู่ในรูปแบบเดียวกันด้วยวิธี ETL ทำให้สามารถตรวจสอบผลการศึกษาตามโครงสร้างหลักสูตรได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว ลดระยะเวลา ลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน สามารถนำเสนอสารสนเทศในรูปแบบ Dashboard เชื่อมโยงข้อมูล และแสดงผลด้วย Google Looker Studio ช่วยให้อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และประธานหลักสูตรสามารถให้คำปรึกษานักศึกษาได้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่กำลังศึกษาตามโครงสร้างหลักสูตรของคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของระบบอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (M = 4.75, SD = 0.69) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (M = 4.66, SD = 0.65)
