The Development of Fisheries Cultural Learning Resources to Enhance Cultural Tourism in Bang Sarey Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi

Abstract
The study aims to investigate existing community knowledge sets relevant to cultural tourism within Bang Saray Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province and to develop a fisheries cultural learning resources that promote cultural tourism in Bang Sarey Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. This research adopted a participatory action research (PAR) approach. The research findings revealed that the identified knowledge sets encompass the community's arts, significant historical figures, local arts and cultural practices, and local wisdom of the community. For the process of developing the learning resources, it encompasses three key stages: area selection for resource establishment, design of the learning resources, and presentation of the knowledge set. The layout design of the learning resources was supported by local entrepreneurs and scholars. The exhibits include textual information, photographs, infographics, real and simulated objects. Moreover, all real objects on display were contributed by members of Bang Saray community, demonstrated their active participation and pride in the development of these communal learning resources.
