บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเรื่อง “การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้วิถีประมงพื้นบ้านชุมชนบางเสร่เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรมตำบลบางเสร่ อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาชุดความรู้สำหรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม ตำบลบางเสร่ อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี 2) พัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้วิถีประมงพื้นบ้านชุมชนบางเสร่เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรมตำบลบางเสร่ อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี งานวิจัยนี้ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผลของการวิจัยพบว่า ชุดความรู้ที่สำคัญของชุมชนบางเสร่ที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ประวัติศาสตร์ชุมชน บุคคลสำคัญของชุมชนในอดีต ศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน และภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน ในส่วนของการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้วิถีประมงพื้นบ้านชุมชนบางเสร่นั้น เป็นขั้นตอนของการเลือกพื้นที่สำหรับการจัดตั้งแหล่งเรียนรู้ การออกแบบ และการนำเสนอชุดความรู้ในแหล่งเรียนรู้ประมงพื้นบ้านชุมชนบางเสร่ สำหรับชุดความรู้ของชุมชนบางเสร่ที่ชุมชนคัดเลือกเพื่อนำเสนอในแหล่งเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ 1) ตำนานโจรสลัดบางเสร่ จากสภาพพื้นที่ที่เต็มไปด้วยเกาะนั้น เหมาะกับการดักปล้นเรือและเป็นจุดพักขนทรัพย์สินที่ดักปล้นมา 2) บุคคลสำคัญที่สร้างคุณประโยชน์ต่อชุมชน ได้แก่ หลวงพ่อทองอยู่ จนฺทสาโร พระเกจิอาจารย์ชื่อดังและอดีตเจ้าอาวาสวัดบางเสร่คงคาราม และ ม.ร.ว. พงศ์อมร กฤดากร ผู้ก่อตั้งสมาคมตกปลาใหญ่ 3) ศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน ได้แก่ ประเพณีสงกรานต์ วันไหล และหางเครื่องบางเสร่ 4) ภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน ได้แก่ ธนาคารปูม้ากับการจัดการทรัพยากรทางทะเล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับนิเวศวิทยาทางทะเล และการปรุงอาหารพื้นถิ่น
